We promote...

...the Low Carbon building agenda

It is often thought that meeting the higher standards associated with Low Carbon Building has considerable cost implications for construction projects. However, evidence from recent studies for Building Research Establishment (BRE), English Partnerships and the Homes and Communities Agency show that the additional costs can be modest. Some low Carbon features are cost neutral and can even save the developers money (e.g. waste minimisation and energy efficiency), while others may increase costs between 3% and 7%. Studies by estate agents show that additional costs of up to 10% can be recouped through a rent or purchase premium.

We can offer companies the opportunity to be part of our Green Vision Sustainability Forum. Through this forum we run conferences and seminar events, giving organisations the opportunity to be part of the region's sustainable future. We offer seminars focussing on some of industry's leading current practices, legislative drivers and cutting edge research findings.
